How does the Lava™ Chairside Oral Scanner Work?
The Lava™ Chairside Oral scanner is unique. It is the only scanner on the market which uses video footage to create a 3D impression. Using 3D-in-Motion technology the scanner captures continuous 3D video images which then build a highly accurate digital impression. This allows doctors to assess the preparation and margin before sending it to the lab. This will help to reduce remakes as well as improving the patient’s experience.
