Zirconia is a high-tech ceramic material that is characterized by its outstanding stability and biocompatibility, as well as strength levels significantly higher than other all-ceramic materials. We offer two types of Zirconia, Lava™ and our own Aesthetic Zirconia.

Castle Total Zirconia Crowns.

Castle Total Zirconia (CTZ) is CAD – CAM made, virtually unbreakable & chip-proof, making it ideal for bruxers and grinders, who have destroyed other restorations. Ideally suited for molars. These crowns are more aesthetic than metal or full - cast gold crowns and research tests show polished CTZ is kinder to the natural opposing dentition than enamel.

Alumina Crowns.

The best of both worlds: A cementable, all ceramic crown for anterior and first premolars. The Alumina coping is a pure, fully dense sintered aluminum oxide core with high strength, outstanding aesthetics and can mask dark or discoloured underlying tooth. Ideal restoration for the private and discerning patients and is excellent replacement for those patients with tired of unsightly ‘black lines’ and wants a outstanding aesthetics. We offer two types of Alumina, Procera® and WOL-Ceram.

Procera® technique guarantees high precision for optimal fit and is guarenteed for 5 years.

The Wol-Ceram Perfect-Fit-System offers optimal pressure distribution due to the inter-occlusal stop. This creates a stress free restoration that translates into fewer porcelain fractures
